Hello out there  
Yes, I'm still here. n_n

I've been in hiding lately- I just had about 90% of all my college dreams crushed due to a lack of funding, so I've been struggling to cope with the whole community college thing. I assumed that no one lurking around here really needed to hear my angsting. I will write Inuyasha again, promise promise. I just need to be motivated- and sleep better! This insomniatic thing is just not working for me.

In other news, I was exceedingly happy with the way my last "Those Heroin Eyes" one-shot turned out, and am fully determined to write an Elizabeth Masen/Carlisle Cullen fic. Hey, if Stephenie didn't want us shipping Carlisle with other people, she should have made Esme more likeable.

Anyways, just wanted to pop my head in, let everyone know that I'm here- I just don't have anything interesting to say.

So, today I sat down with my Muse and had a nice little chat. Because this whole lack-of-inspiration thing was making anything I typed out seem kind of awful. Which this is, actually, but at least I can stomach it. I was going for the artsy, "vague" thing and only got angst. Ah, well. At least it's something. I told him flat-out that, if he absolutely refused to help me write my one-shot for Forthright's latest challenge, he could do the honorable thing and let me write a drabble. So here we have it- sorry it was a long time coming.

DEAR GOD, WE HAVE PICTURES.

All in all.... well, they had good points and bad. The got everybody's hair and clothing right- except Jasper. What the fling is going on with his HAIR? It's very Jimmy from that awful Will Ferrel movie Blades of Glory. Oh, my Jasper. I love Jasper.

Granted, they aren't as beautiful as they are in my head, but I guess I might be able to live with it. The one thing that bothered me most were R. Pattz's facial expressions. The last picture was vaguely icky. *sigh*

...So, that was pretty much the point of this post. I am very, very sorry to those who are waiting on fanfic updates. I fail.

I Live!  
So, thanks to my innante need to go through power courds for my laptop like they're candy, I was unable to access my computer for quite some time. This was quite the hardship, especially  considering that EVERYTHING is on here. All my writing, some stuff for school..... grrr. I'm ecstatic to have it back.

In other news, I'm even MORE ecstatic that I've been seconded! BOTH fics!!! (This is over at the IYFG). I'm so tickled I don't know what to do with myself. My first go-round I was unseconded. Second time I was seconded, but no result. Now, I have TWO seconds! So special.

Anyways, to clear myself of the writing drought of the past couple days, here's the latest compliment.
